Terms, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
45-Minute Guarantee
The 45-minute delivery guarantee applies exclusively to roofs measuring 50 squares and below, submitted during active business hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST and Saturday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST. Orders placed outside these hours, on Sundays, or on federal holidays will be processed the next available business day. The guarantee is void if the submitted address is incomplete, incorrect, or if satellite/aerial imagery is unavailable or insufficient for the requested property.
Measurement Accuracy & Estimation
RoofSizer provides roof measurement estimates derived from available satellite imagery, aerial photography, and third-party geospatial data. All measurements are estimates only and are subject to variances based on image resolution, image age, roof complexity, pitch, overhangs, and obstructions. RoofSizer does not perform physical on-site inspections. Measurements should be independently verified by a licensed contractor before use in material ordering, project bidding, insurance claims, or any construction or financial decision.
No Professional Engineering or Inspection Services
RoofSizer is a measurement reporting service only. Nothing provided by RoofSizer constitutes professional engineering advice, structural assessment, inspection services, or a warranty of any kind regarding the condition, safety, or integrity of any roof or structure. RoofSizer reports are not a substitute for a licensed professional inspection.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoofSizer, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of, reliance on, or inability to use any measurement report, including but not limited to errors in material estimation, financial loss, construction defects, or project cost overruns. The total liability of RoofSizer for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Image Availability
RoofSizer cannot guarantee the availability, recency, or quality of satellite or aerial imagery for all property addresses. In the event that imagery is unavailable or insufficient to complete a measurement, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued for that order. RoofSizer is not liable for project delays arising from image unavailability.
Refund Policy
Refunds under the 45-minute guarantee are issued only when RoofSizer fails to deliver a completed report within the guaranteed window during active business hours for qualifying orders. Refunds for image unavailability are issued in full for the affected order. No refunds are issued for completed and delivered measurement reports regardless of whether the measurements were used, acted upon, or resulted in a desired outcome. 30-pack credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
Data Use & Privacy
Customer and property information submitted through RoofSizer is used solely to fulfill the requested measurement order. RoofSizer does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer customer data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be retained for order records, billing, and legal compliance purposes.
Agreement to Terms
By submitting payment and placing an order through RoofSizer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and disclaimers in their entirety. If you do not agree with these terms, do not submit an order.
